Region 73 will be conducting a registration for the 2014 Fall season at the State Farm Sports Village on Thursday, May 1, from 6:00 - 7:30 pm.

Registration fees are: $125 per player.

We are now an E Sign region. YOU MUST REGISTER online at eayso.org as a new player BEFORE going out to the fields to pay.

Register ALL players as "NEW PLAYERS" even if they are returning.

Print 2 copies of the completed registration form and bring one copy with you to registration.
If your child is a new player, bring documentation with proof of date of birth (birth certificate, immunization records, passport, etc).
