Each Travel Coach will be conducting & overseeing their Age Group tryouts
Multi-Stage Tryout Process

Player Evaluations will help coaches build teams and assign players to the appriopriate teams. Players will be assesed and evaluated on the follow criteria:

Coachability
Technical Ability
Tactical Awareness
Psychological Mindset

Tryout Session 1 - Technical

Agility
Juggling
Passing
Ball Control
Ball Striking
Shooting
Decision Making 
Speed of Play

Tryout Session 2 - Tactical and Training Situations

Coach & Staff will perform a training session working on a select topic, such as Attacking, Defending, and/or Transition Play.

Tryout Session 3 - Gameplay Scenario's

Players will compete in Age Appropriate Small-Sided 4v4, 5v5, 7v7, 9v9 and Full-Sided Games.

Goalkeeper Tryout

Our Goalkeeping Director will put GK's through specific training before GK's attend Identification with field players. GK's will be evaluated on:

Bravery
Handling
Ball Control
Reactions
Speed
Body Positioning
Communication 
Awareness
Desire to Reach Goals
