FFC provides the Area's Leading Goalkeeper Training Program

It is extremely important that Goalkeepers are provided with additional Specific Goalkeeper Training and programming which aides in their development outside of FFC Team Training.

FFC provides specific Goalkeeper Training for all age groups ranging from Ages 8 - High School / College.  Goalkeeper training is included in your Fredericksburg FC player fees.   There are also additional Goalkeeper specific camps which are available throughout the year.

The Goalkeeper Program makes sure training group size remains small and tailored to the each goalkeeper's needs.  Coaches are able to focus on creating detailed sessions that are age and skill-level appropriate.

Goalkeeper Training is Monday through Thursday.  Each goalkeeper receives their training times which are age and skill-level Specific.  There are additional Goalkeeper Training options.  Please see our additional Goalkeeper Camps & Clinics through out the year. Black-Level Team
• 2 GK Sessions a Week (U13 - U19)
• 1-2 GK Sessions a Week (U9 - U12)

Red-Level Team
• 1-2 GK Sessions a Week 

Goalkeeper Evaluations
• Goalkeeper Director + 2 Assistants
• Goalkeeper Director attends Weekend Games for Feedback
